مقایسه تنوع در توالی های ژنتیکی میتوکندریایی و هسته ای-ریبوزومی در گونه Orius albidipennis (Het:Anthocoridae) در مناطق مختلف ایران

Orius albidipennis Reuter. در ایران یکی از گونه های مطرح در زمینه کنترل بیولوژیک آفات خصوصاً تریپس ها در شرایط گلخانه و مزرعه به شمار می رود. در این تحقیق حشرات کامل O. albidipennis طی سالهای 1398-1401 از 12 منطقه مختلف ایران جمع آوری گردیدند. مناطق نمونه برداری عبارت بودند از: تهران، گرگان، مشهد، زابل، کرمان، یزد، اصفهان، شیراز، بندرعباس، رودان، شهرکرد و همدان. توالی های نوکلئوتید ژن هسته ای ریبوزومی ITS1 و COI بین جمعیتهای O. albidipennisمورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در توالی های COI در جمعیتهای O. albidipennis مشاهده نگردید در حالی که این تفاوت ها در ITS1 بسیار مشهود بود. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل فیلوژنی در جمعیتها و افراد نشان داد که جمعیتهای بندرعباس و رودان دارای بیشترین اختلاف ژنتیک نسبت به سایرین می باشند. در نهایت مشخص گردید که میزان تنوع ژنتیک بین افراد در گونه O. albidipennis نسبتاً زیاد بوده و توالی ITS1 می تواند به عنوان یک معیار مناسب جهت تشخیص تنوع ژنتیکی درون و بین جمعیتهای O .albidipennis مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
