بررسی تأثیر رهبری کارآفرینانه و جهت گیری یادگیری بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی ظرفیت نوآوری در شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل

شرکت ها برای بقا و حفظ فضای رقابتی، نیازمند کارآفرینی می باشند. فعالیت های کارآفرینی، نوآوری شرکت ها را افزایش می دهد، فرصت هایی برای بازارهای جدید و مسیرهای تازهای برای رقابت با دیگر رقبا در بازار ایجاد می کند که همگی اینها در بهبود عملکرد شرکت تأثیرگذار است. هدف این بررسی تأثیر رهبری کارآفرینانه و جهت گیری یادگیری بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی ظرفیت نوآوری در شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل می باشد روش تحقیق برای انجام این پژوهش، به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و بر اساس نحوه گردآوری داده ها به روش پیمایشی با ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد می باشد.. پس از تایید روایی از طریق نظر خواهی از اساتید و کارشناسان مرتبط با پژوهش و تایید پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (بالای 0.7) و توزیع و جمع آوری پرسشنامه در قلمروی زمانی بهار 1404 در نمونه آماری, داده ها با نرم افزار پی ال اس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات نشان می دهد که: رهبری کارآفرینانه و جهت گیری یادگیری بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی ظرفیت نوآوری در شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد.
