بررسي رابطه بين خودسرزنش گری، احساس گناه و شفقت

Abstract

زندگی با یک کودک کم توان ذهنی چالش های منحصر به فردی برای والدین ایجاد می کند که بر جنبه های مختلف زندگی آنها از جمله بهزیستی عاطفی، اجتماعی و مالی تاثیر می گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه بين خودسرزنش گری، احساس گناه و شفقت با خود با تاب آوری مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی شهر اصفهان به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، اجرا شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی در شهر اصفهان به تعداد 320 نفر در سال 1398 تشکیل داد که از بین آنها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 175 نفر برای شرکت در پژوهش حاضر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسشنامه های خودسرزنش گری (گارنفسکی و همکاران، 2001)، احساس گناه (کوکلر و جونز، 1992)، شفقت به خود (نف، 2003) و تاب آوری (کانر و دیویدسون، 1990) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین خودسرزنش گری با تاب آوری رابطه معنی دار و معکوس،  بین احساس گناه با تاب آوری رابطه معنی دار و معکوس و بین شفقت با خود با تاب آوری رابطه معنی دار و مستقیم وجود دارد. بنابراین هدف قرار دادن احساس گناه و خودسرزنش گری به دلیل پایین بودنش شفقت به خود در این گونه مادران از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است و منجر به تاب آوری مادران در برابر مشکلات ناشی از نیازهای ویژه کودکان شان می­شود.
