مروری بر کاربرد نانوحاملهای مختلف برای درمان انواع سرطان

در چند دهه گذشته تلاش و پژوهشهای بسیاری در جهت توسعه نانوحاملها برای دارورسانی و درمان سرطان انجام شدهاست. نانوحاملها نشان دادند با توجه به اندازه، بار و خواص سطحی پتانسیل خوبی را برای تحویل داروهای ضد سرطان و درمان این بیماری شایع دارند. بر همین اساس، نانوذرات به عنوان حاملهایی برای تحویل داروهای ضد سرطان و جایگزینی به جای شیمی درمانی و درمانهای پر خطر، بسیار قابل توجه هستند. نانوحاملها اندازههای بسیار کوچکی دارند و در مقیاس نانو عمل میکنند، همین امر به آنها ویژگیهای خاصی در حوزه نگهداری دارو، حرکت در بافتها و سلولها، اعمال دارو بر سلولهای سرطانی و خیلی ویژگی دیگر را میدهد. نتایج مشخص کرد که نانوذرات طلا و نقره، نانوذرات پلیمری و نانو ذرات اکسید آهن کاربرد بالقوهای در حیطه دارورسانی هدفمند دارند. باتوجه به اهمیت استفاده از این نانوحاملها و ضرورت استفاده از آنها در درمان سرطان، هدف از این پژوهش مروری بر ویژگیها و کاربردهای این نانوحاملها در دارورسانی هدفمند و درمان انواع سرطان میباشد.
