بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه اثر بخشی تمرینات ورزشی بر میزان شادکامی(مرور نظام مند)

شادکامی از شاخه های نوین روانشناسی و همچنین یکی از مفاهیم اساسی در روان شناسی مثبت نگر است، که به عنوان سپری انسان را در برابر فشارهای روانی محافظت می کند. اهمیت شادکامی تا حدی است که بسیاری از روان شناسان مثبت نگر، هدف روان شناسی مثبت را ارتقای شادکامی افراد معرفی کرده اند. متخصصان حوزه سلامت عواملی را در ایجاد سلامتی، شادکامی و سلامت روانی مهم دانسته که یکی از مهم ترین آن ها پرداختن به ورزش و فعالیت های بدنی است، با اینکه مداخلات مبتنی بر تمرینات ورزشی بر میزان شادکامی افراد تاثیر مطلوبی داشته ولی میزان تاثیر آن متفاوت و نیز برحسب نوع ورزش متفاوت گزارش شده است. لذا به نظر می رسد که جهت خلاصه سازی و ارزیابی جامع نتایج مطالعات در این راستا و از آنجایی که تاکنون مطالعه ای مروری در این زمینه صورت نگرفته، انجام مطالعه نظام مند جهت بررسی تاثیر مداخلات و تمرینات ورزشی بر شادکامی مفید و ضروری می باشد. بر همین اساس مطالعه حاضر طی مروری نظام مند با هدف بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه اثر بخشی تمرینات ورزشی بر میزان شادکامی انجام گردید. در این پژوهش مروری ، به منظور دستیابی به پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه اثربخشی فعالیت های بدنی و ورزشی بر شادکامی در ایران به جستجوی الکترونیکی با استفاده از کلید واژه های فعالیت بدنی، ورزش و شادکامی در بانک های اطلاعاتی پایگاه جهاد دانشگاهی کشور (SID) ، مگیران، نورمگز و گوگل اسکولار درطول دوازده سال گذشته (1390تا 1402) پرداخته شد . مقالات پژوهشی به صورت هدفمند بر اساس معیارهای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند. .بر همین اساس تعداد 21 مقاله پژوهشی که واجد شرایط بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در تمامی مطالعات بررسی شده مشخص گردید که انجام تمرینات ورزشی، به اشکال مختلف بر روی متغیر شادکامی افراد مورد مطالعه تاثیر مثبت معنادار داشته است.
