تاثیر شش هفته تمرین پیلاتس بر ترکیب بدنی زنان میانسال چاق و دارای اضافه وزن

هدف: هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي آثار شش هفته تمرینات پیلاتس بر شاخصهاي تركيب بدنی در زنان میانسال اضافه وزن و چاق بود.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه30 زن میانسال اضافه وزن و چاق به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربي و كنترل (هر كدام 15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربي در برنامه تمرینات پیلاتس به مدت شش هفته (سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه) شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل، فعالیت ورزشی خاصی انجام ندادند. در همه آزمودنیها، شاخصهای درصد چربي، شاخص توده بدن، توده خالص بدنی پیش و پس از تحقيق مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری ، تحليل واريانس و T مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتايج: شش هفته تمرینات پیلاتس باعث کاهش درصد چربي، شاخص توده بدنی در گروه تجربي نسبت به گروه كنترل شد. در حالي كه توده خالص بدنی تغيير معنيداري نداشت، هر چند اين تغيير افزايشي بود.
نتيجهگيري: یافتهها نشان داد که تمرینات پیلاتس با بهبود شاخصهاي تركيب بدنی ميتواند موجب بهبود عملكرد جسماني در زنان میانسال اضافه وزن و چاق شود.
