رابطه خودکارآمدی و تیپ شخصیتی بر اضطراب شغلی در کارکنان شرکت برق شهر مشهد

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین تیپ شخصیتی و خودکارآمدی با اضطراب شغلی در کارکنان شرکت برق شهر مشهد است. با توجه به اهمیت سلامت روانی کارکنان در افزایش بهرهوری و کیفیت خدمات، این مطالعه به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر اضطراب شغلی پرداخته است. برای این منظور، از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای طبقهای استفاده شد و 187 نفر از کارکنان بهعنوان نمونه از بین 363 نفر کارمندان شاغل در بین سه امور از 15 امور شرکت برق مشهد با استفاده از جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد تیپ شخصیتی آیزنک (1965-1976)، خودکارآمدی JSEQ(1994) و اضطراب شغلی سریواستاوا و کریشنا (1991) جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از از نرمافزارSPSS و با آزمون رگرسیون و همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تیپ شخصیتی و خودکارآمدی با اضطراب شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بهطور خاص، کارکنان با تیپ شخصیتی برونگرا و خودکارآمدی بالا، اضطراب شغلی کمتری را تجربه کردند. این یافتهها میتواند به مدیران کمک کند تا با شناسایی ویژگیهای شخصیتی کارکنان، برنامههای آموزشی و حمایتی مناسبی را برای کاهش اضطراب شغلی طراحی کنند.
