بررسی مروری رابطه بین اسکیزوفرنی و ارتکاب جرم: از رویکردهای روانپزشکی تا بازتابهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی

اختلال اسکیزوفرنی، یکی از پیچیدهترین و شدیدترین اختلالات روانپریشی، با علائمی مانند توهم، هذیان، و اختلال در قضاوت، همواره مورد توجه روانپزشکی قانونی و نظام عدالت کیفری بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با بهرهگیری از رویکردی میانرشتهای و با استفاده از منابع علمی معتبر گردآوریشده از پایگاههای Google Scholar, PubMed, PsycINFO, ScienceDirect و پایگاههای حقوقی تخصصی، به بررسی عمیق رابطه میان اسکیزوفرنی و ارتکاب جرم میپردازد. در این مطالعه، ابتدا مبانی نظری اسکیزوفرنی و طبقهبندیهای فرعی آن بر اساس راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی (DSM-5) تبیین شده و سپس شواهد بالینی مرتبط با بروز رفتارهای پرخطر در این بیماران تحلیل میشود. بخش میانی پژوهش، مروری نظاممند بر دیدگاههای روانپزشکی قانونی و چالشهای نظام عدالت کیفری در مواجهه با بیماران روانپریش، از جمله دشواری اثبات جنون کیفری و ضعف در تفکیک جرم از بیماری، ارائه میدهد. در ادامه، تأثیر رسانهها، باورهای فرهنگی و ساختارهای انگزن اجتماعی، با استناد به نظریههای گافمن و کورریگان، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته و نگرش جوامع مختلف مانند ایران و ایالات متحده نسبت به بیماری روانی مقایسه میشود. در پایان، با تأکید بر لزوم اتخاذ رویکردی تلفیقی در سطوح بالینی، حقوقی و فرهنگی، پیشنهادهایی برای اصلاح سیاستگذاری کیفری و طراحی پژوهشهای آتی ارائه شده است.Downloads
