نقش اختلال شخصیت مرزی در رفتارهای پرخطر و ارتکاب جرم: بررسی عوامل روانشناختی و اجتماعی

اختلال شخصیت مرزی (BPD) از جدیترین اختلالات روانپزشکی است که با الگوهای ناپایدار هیجانی، رفتارهای تکانشی و اختلال در روابط بینفردی شناخته میشود. پژوهش حاضر با بهرهگیری از منابع علمی معتبر از جمله پایگاه داده PubMed، Google Scholar و Scopus، به بررسی نقش عوامل روانشناختی و اجتماعی در بروز رفتارهای پرخطر و ارتکاب جرم در افراد مبتلا به BPD پرداخته است. یافتهها نشان میدهد که عواملی چون ناتوانی در کنترل تکانه، ناپایداری هیجانی، تجربه ترومای کودکی، اختلالات همبود روانی (همچون افسردگی و سوءمصرف مواد)، و نبود حمایت اجتماعی مؤثر، در افزایش گرایش به رفتارهای مجرمانه نقش مهمی دارند. همچنین تأثیر منفی انگ اجتماعی و تبعیض در تعامل این افراد با نظام عدالت کیفری مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در پایان، بر ضرورت اتخاذ رویکردهای چندبعدی شامل مداخلات رواندرمانی، حمایتهای اجتماعی و سیاستگذاریهای پیشگیرانه تأکید میشود.
