ملاحضات استفاده از ضدالتهاب های غیراستروئیدی در گربه

بیشترین ضد دردهایی که در دامپزشکی همانند پزشکی استفاده میشوند، ضد التهاب های غیر استروئیدی هستند که دستگاه عصبی محیطی- مرکزی را با مهار آنزیم هایی که در ایجاد التهاب و درد نقش دارند، هدف قرار میدهند و برای درد های حاد از جمله درد پس از جراحی و همچنین درد های مفصلی- استخوانی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. این نوع از ضد التهاب ها دارای عوارض ناخواسته علی الخصوص در گربه به دلیل کاهش توانایی پاکسازی دارویی و افزایش نیمه عمر آن ها طی متابولیسم در شرایط استفاده درمانی و اوردوز هستند.
