بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی در بهینه‌سازی عملکرد منابع انسانی در کشورهای در حال توسعه

Abstract

این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر پیاده‌سازی هوش مصنوعی (AI) در بخش بهداشت و درمان بر کلیه شیوه‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی (HRM) و عملکرد سازمانی می‌پردازد. ما به دنبال برجسته‌سازی ارزش افزوده‌ای هستیم که کاربست تکنیک‌های هوش مصنوعی در مدیریت منابع انسانی (HRM) در بخش بهداشت و درمان برای کل اکوسیستم از نظر مالی و سازمانی ارائه می‌دهد. برای پاسخ به سؤال تحقیق، یک تحلیل کیفی اکتشافی را در یک مرکز بهداشت و درمان در تهران انجام دادیم. برای دستیابی به مثلث‌سازی داده‌ها، از داده‌های اولیه و ثانویه به عنوان منبع شواهد استفاده کردیم. این مطالعه بینش‌های جالبی در مورد پیاده‌سازی ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در HRM در سراسر بخش بهداشت و درمان ارائه می‌دهد و اینکه تا چه حد این ابزار می‌تواند به جمع‌آوری عملکرد سازمانی بهتر کمک کند. با وجود ویژگی‌های منحصر به فرد مطالعه موردی از لحاظ صنعت، فناوری و زمینه‌های کشوری، این مطالعه بدون محدودیت نیست و گسترش نتایج به کل جمعیت دشوار است. این مطالعه چندین پیامد نظری، مدیریتی و سیاستی را ارائه می‌دهد که بینش‌های ملموسی در مورد چگونگی تأثیر پیاده‌سازی هوش مصنوعی بر فرآیندهای HRM و عملکرد شرکت فراهم می‌کند.
