نگاهی بر مانکی پاکس ویروس، هشدار جهانی و تکنیکهای  شناسایی آن

چکیده

خطر بروز مانکی پاکس در جامع جهانی سبب شده است که تحقیق حاضر با نگاهی به ویروس، معرفی ساب تایپها، مکان مشاهده ، معرفی عوامل انتقال دهنده بپردازد. گرچه چرخه طبیعی ویروس بخوبی مشخص نشده است، و تفاوت بثورات ایجاد شده در بین افراد مبتلا به این ویروس با سایر ویروسهای مشابه چون آبله مرغان، زونا و یا تبخال بخوبی قابل تشخیص نیست بنابراین در تحقیق حاضر به تکنیکهای شناسایی چون: تست تقویت نوکلئیک اسید، میکروسکوپ الکترونی، ایزولاسیون و کشت، سرولوژی و توالی یای ژنومی اشاره شده است و درنهایت به واکسیناسیون یکی از موثر ترین استراتژی ها برای جلوگیری و کنترل شیوع ابله پرداخته شده است.
