Abstract

            زنجرک خرما از آفات کلیدی خرما در ایران می باشد. با تضعیف درختان خرما و کاهش تولید میوه، کشاورزی را در خاورمیانه تهدید می کند. شناسایی با استفاده از روش های فناورانه مبتنی بر مکان یابی دقیق و مقابله با لاروهای حشره موجب جلوگیری از گسترش آلودگی می شود. با این حال، استفاده بیش از حد کودها و سموم شیمیایی علاوه بر مقاومت و تولید مثل بیشتر باعث کاهش کیفیت میوه خرما می شود. کودهای زیستی مبتنی قارچ های آنتوموپاتوژن و مهندسی ژنتیک (CRISPR) راهکارهای نوینی را ارزیابی می کند که باعث جلوگیری همزمان مقامت و اوج شیوع آفت می شود. همچنین کنترل زیستی این آفت در مقیاس عظیم نیازمند یافتن محل دقیق پوره حشره است که باعث مدیریت هدفمند و پایدار برای نخلستان ها می شود
