بررسی تأثیر تمرینات ورزشی بر درد، عملکرد و کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سندروم درد کشککی رانی (PFPS) : یک مقاله مروری

سندروم درد کشککی رانی (PFPS) یکی از شایعترین اختلالات مفصل زانو است که به طور قابل توجهی بر درد، عملکرد و کیفیت زندگی بیماران تأثیر میگذارد. هدف این مقاله مروری بررسی تأثیر تمرینات ورزشی هدفمند بر کاهش درد، بهبود عملکرد حرکتی و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به PFPS است. روش تحقیق شامل مرور مطالعات مرتبط با تمرینات تقویتی عضلات لگن، تثبیتکنندههای تنه و تمرینات عصبی-عضلانی میباشد. نتایج نشان میدهند که این نوع تمرینات میتوانند به طور مؤثری درد را کاهش داده و عملکرد حرکتی را بهبود بخشند. همچنین، استفاده از روشهای مکمل مانند ارتعاش کل بدن و پیلاتس نیز بهبودیهای چشمگیری ایجاد میکند. این مقاله بر لزوم استفاده از رویکردهای چندجانبه در درمان PFPS تأکید دارد و پیشنهاد میکند که متخصصان فیزیوتراپی این روشها را در پروتکلهای درمانی خود لحاظ کنند.
