بررسی اثر حرکات اصلاحی ورزشی در درمان ناهنجاری های شایع زانو

زانو یکی از پیچیده ترین مفاصل در بدن انسان است و ناهنجاری های زانو می توانند به دلیل آسیب، تخریب، یا تغییرات ساختاری ایجاد شوند. از جمله این ناهنجاری ها می توان آرتروز زانو، پای پرانتزی، پای ضربدری و افتادگی زانو و درد کشکک زانو نام برد. روش کار: حرکات اصلاحی ورزشی به عنوان یکی از روش های موثر در مدیریت این بیماری ها شناخته میشوند. هدف این حرکات تقویت عضلات اطراف زانو، بهبود انعطاف پذیری و کاهش استرس بر مفصل زانو است. نتیجه گیری: حرکات اصلاحی ورزشی می توانند ابزارهای موثری برای بهبود وضعیت زانو در افراد مبتلا به افتادگی زانو باشند. اما اثرگذاری آن بسته به شرایط فردی، نوع تمرینات و ساختار زانو متغیر است.
