نوآوری مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی در الکترولیت‌های پیل سوختی: مروری بر کاربردهای یادگیری عمیق و یادگیری ماشین

Abstract

توسعه‌ی الکترولیت‌های پیل سوختی کارآمد و بادوام برای پذیرش گسترده‌ی این فناوری انرژی پاک، حیاتی است. روش‌های سنتی برای کشف و بهینه‌سازی مواد الکترولیت اغلب زمان‌بر و نیازمند منابع زیاد هستند. این مقاله‌ی مروری، پیشرفت‌های اخیر در به‌کارگیری الگوریتم‌های یادگیری عمیق و یادگیری ماشین را به منظور سرعت بخشیدن به توسعه‌ی الکترولیت‌های نوین پیل سوختی بررسی می‌کند. این مقاله اصول بنیادین پیل‌های سوختی و چالش‌های خاص مرتبط با مواد الکترولیت آن‌ها را مورد واکاوی قرار می‌دهد. مقاله به تفصیل الگوریتم‌های مختلف هوش مصنوعی/یادگیری ماشین به‌کار گرفته شده در این حوزه، از جمله شبکه‌های عصبی، ماشین‌های بردار پشتیبان، جنگل‌های تصادفی و الگوریتم‌های ژنتیک را شرح می‌دهد. از طریق تحلیل مطالعات موردی در انواع مختلف پیل‌های سوختی مانند پیل‌های سوختی غشاء پلیمری (PEMFC)، پیل‌های سوختی اکسید جامد (SOFC) و پیل‌های سوختی قلیایی (AFC)  این مرور، بهبودهای کمی عملکردِ به دست آمده از طریق رویکردهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی/یادگیری ماشین  را برجسته می‌سازد. علاوه بر این، این مقاله چالش‌ها و محدودیت‌های استفاده از AI/ML در این زمینه، مانند در دسترس بودن داده‌ها و تفسیرپذیری مدل را مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد و مسیرهای آینده، از جمله یکپارچه‌سازی با غربالگری با توان بالا (high-throughput screening) و پتانسیل کشف مستقل (خودکار) مواد را کاوش می‌کند. پتانسیل تحول‌آفرین هوش مصنوعی در ایجاد انقلابی در توسعه‌ی الکترولیت پیل سوختی برای آینده‌ی انرژی پایدار، مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است.
