تاثیر اشتغال بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان

به منظور بررسی تاثیر اشتغال دانشجویان بر عملکرد تحصیلی آنها، 5 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه نیمه ساختار يافته مورد ارزيابی قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاصل از تحلیل يافته ها نشان داد که اشتغال دانشجویان بر عملکرد تحصیلی و پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها تأثیرگذار است. اين پژوهش بر اساس ماهیت داده ها يک تحقیق کیفی، از نظر هدف تحقیق کاربردی و برحسب ابزار گردآوری داده ها يک تحقیق توصیفی می باشد. برای پاسخگويی به سوالات پژوهش نیز از روش پديدار نگاری استفاده شده است، در نتیجه مشغول بودن به کار اهم از پاره وقت و تمام وقت در حین تحصیلی، نه تنها موجب آسیب رسانی و لطمه به تحصیل و یادگیری دانشجو می شود بلکه باعث لطمه به ارتباطات وی با اطرافیان نظیر خانواده، دوستان و خود نیز می شود. لازم به ذکر است که که بیان کنیم اشتغال دانشجو در حین تحصیل به پارامتر های سلامتی فرد نیز آسیب می رساند.
