تروما و تصمیم گیری در نوجوانان: تأثیرات آسیب های روانی بر رفتار و گرایش های مخاطره آمیز

تحقیقات نشان دادهاند که تروما (آسیب روانی)، بهویژه در دوران نوجوانی، میتواند تأثیرات عمیق و پایداری بر فرآیندهای تصمیمگیری، بهویژه ارزیابی ریسک و رفتارهای مخاطرهآمیز فرد داشته باشد. این مقاله مروری با هدف بررسی اثرات مختلف تجربههای آسیبزا بر تصمیمگیری غیرعقلانی نوجوانان و ارتباط آن با گرایش به رفتارهای مجرمانه، به تجزیه و تحلیل یافتههای اخیر در زمینههای روانشناسی، علوم اعصاب، جامعهشناسی و جرمشناسی پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیقات نشان میدهد که تروما میتواند منجر به تغییرات عصبی و شناختی در مغز، کاهش توانایی ارزیابی ریسک، و افزایش تکانشگری در نوجوانان شود، که این خود زمینهساز رفتارهای مخاطرهآمیز و بزهکاری میگردد. همچنین، این مقاله به بررسی نقش خانوادهها، محیطهای اجتماعی و سیستم قضائی در شدت گرفتن اثرات تروما بر رفتارهای مجرمانه پرداخته است. به علاوه، روشهای درمانی مانند درمان شناختی-رفتاری و اصلاحات در سیستمهای قضائی پیشنهاد شده است. این مقاله بر لزوم توجه بیشتر به اثرات تروما در سیاستگذاریهای اجتماعی و قضائی، به ویژه در سطح نوجوانان، تأکید میکند و پیشنهاداتی برای پژوهشهای آتی ارائه میدهد. روش تحقیق این مقاله بر مبنای مرور سیستماتیک مطالعات و مقالات معتبر منتشر شده در دهه اخیر، با استفاده از پایگاههای داده معتبر مانند PubMed و Scopus انجام شده است، با توجه به نتایج تحقیقات، مداخلات مناسب و رویکردهای پیشگیرانه میتوانند تأثیرات منفی تروما بر تصمیمگیری نوجوانان را کاهش دهند. از طریق اصلاح سیستمهای درمانی و بهبود آگاهی عمومی، میتوان رفتارهای مخاطرهآمیز را مدیریت و از بروز بزهکاری جلوگیری کرد. این اقدامات میتوانند به ایجاد تغییرات مثبت در سلامت روانی نوجوانان و جامعه کمک کنند.
