بررسی تطبیقی نیمرخ روانی پدوفیلها و کودکان قربانی سوءاستفاده جنسی: پیامدها، ریشهها و مداخلات درمانی

این مقاله با بهرهگیری از روش تحقیق مروری نظاممند و تحلیل کیفی منابع علمی، به بررسی تطبیقی نیمرخ روانی پدوفیلها و کودکان قربانی سوءاستفاده جنسی میپردازد. در گردآوری دادهها، از پایگاههای معتبری همچون PubMed، PsycINFO، ScienceDirect، Google Scholar و Scopus استفاده شده و مقالات منتشرشده بین سالهای ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ با کلیدواژههای مرتبط مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتهاند. یافتهها نشان میدهند که کودکان قربانی معمولاً با اختلالات روانی مانند PTSD، افسردگی، و اختلالات رفتاری-شناختی مواجهاند. در مقابل، پدوفیلها اغلب دارای اختلالات شخصیت، تجارب قبلی از قربانی بودن، و تفاوتهای نورولوژیک در ساختار مغزیاند. همچنین، با استفاده از دیدگاههای روانتحلیلی، چرخه تکرار آسیب و پویایی قدرت در روابط آزارگر-قربانی بررسی شده است. مداخلات درمانی مانند EMDR، CBT و دارودرمانی برای هر دو گروه پیشنهاد شده و بر نقش سیاستگذاری و آموزش خانواده در پیشگیری تأکید شده است.تبیین علمی و چندلایه از آسیبهای روانی مرتبط با پدوفیلی، پیششرط طراحی مداخلات مؤثر، پیشگیری و سیاستگذاری سلامتمحور است.
