مدیریت چند تخصصی اختلالات نورودژنراتیو پیشرونده در شیرخواران: گزارش موردی و مرور ادبیات

این مطالعه به بررسی مدیریت چند تخصصی اختلالات نورودژنراتیو پیشرونده در شیرخواران می‌پردازد. با ارائه یک گزارش موردی از یک شیرخوار 18 ماهه مبتلا به این اختلال و مرور جامع ادبیات، چالش‌های پیچیده در تشخیص، درمان و مراقبت از این بیماران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تشخیص زودهنگام با استفاده از تکنیک‌های پیشرفته تصویربرداری و آزمایش‌های ژنتیکی، مدیریت علائم پیچیده مانند تشنج و مشکلات تنفسی، حمایت تغذیه‌ای مناسب، و ارائه خدمات حمایتی روانی-اجتماعی به خانواده‌ها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این مطالعه بر ضرورت رویکرد چند تخصصی و یکپارچه در مراقبت از این بیماران تأکید می‌کند و پیشنهاداتی برای بهبود سیاست‌های سلامت در این زمینه ارائه می‌دهد، از جمله ایجاد مراکز تخصصی چند رشته‌ای، توسعه برنامه‌های غربالگری نوزادان، و افزایش حمایت‌های مالی و اجتماعی از خانواده‌های درگیر.
