چکیده

A robust analytical method employing solid-phase extraction (SPE) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was optimized and validated for the determination of α-solanine and α-chaconine in different potato cultivars. Calibration and validation were conducted using a blank matrix derived from sweet potato powder. The method demonstrated excellent linearity, low detection limits, and high precision and accuracy.
