Abstract

Rehabilitation is one of the main pillars in restoring patients' function after injuries and neuromuscular diseases. Accurate monitoring and providing appropriate feedback during this process is of particular importance. In recent years, wearable technologies with the ability to measure biological and motor data have provided a new approach to evaluating and improving the rehabilitation process. This article examines the role of wearable technologies in monitoring and optimizing the rehabilitation process, analyzing the benefits, challenges, and future prospects of these technologies.
