مدل سازی و شبیه سازی نرم افزاری فرآیند جداسازی آلاینده گلخانه ای دی اکسید کربن با استفاده از محلول جاذب متیل دی اتانول آمین در تماس دهنده غشایی الیاف توخالی

در سالیان اخیر، انتشار بی رویه و فراتر از حد استاندارد آلاینده های مضر گلخانه ای نظیر دی اکسید کربن به معضلی جهانی تبدیل شده است. از این رو، انگیزه دانشمندان و محققین در سراسر جهان معطوف به یافتن راه های نوین، کارآمد و سازگار با محیط زیست جهت افزایش راندمان جذب و کاهش انتشار آن شده است. تماس دهنده های غشایی الیاف توخالی یکی از تکنیک های نسبتا جدید در صنعت شیرین سازی گاز بوده که به دلیل مزایای مهمی نظیر راندمان بالا، سهولت در ساخت و نبود طغیان و کف زایی در حین فرآیند توانسته محبوبیت زیادی را به دست آورد. هدف اصلی این مقاله توسعه یک مدل ریاضی و یک شبیهسازی محاسباتی دو بعدی برای ارزیابی راندمان جداسازی دی اکسیدکربن از مخلوط گازی دی اکسیدکربن/ متان در حالت عدم ترشوندگی منافذ غشا با استفاده از محلول آمینی متیل دی اتانول آمین (MDEA) است. با هدف ارزیابی دقت مدل توسعه یافته، نتایج آن با داده های تجربی مقایسه شد. مقایسه نتایج بیانگر وجود خطای نسبی حدود 5% بود از این رو اعتبار مدل سازی و شبیه سازی انجام شده تضمین شده است. ارزیابی نتایج حاکی از بازدهی بالای متیل دی اتانول آمین در زدایش دی اکسید کربن با درصد زدایش 98% است. همچنین دریافته شد افزایش یک سری از پارامترهای عملیاتی تخلخل، طول مدول غشایی و تعداد الیاف توخالی به دلیل افزایش ضریب نفوذ، زمان ماند و نرخ انتقال جرم تاثیر مثبتی بر راندمان جداسازی دارد در حالی که افزایش ضریب پیچش غشا و سرعت جریان گاز باعث افزایش مقاومت در برابر انتقال جرم میشود و در نتیجه باعث کاهش میزان بازدهی زدایش می شود.
