Today, energy crises and climate change have steered the world toward the use of clean and renewable energy sources. Renewable energy technologies not only meet the energy needs of societies but also play a crucial role in ensuring energy security and achieving sustainable economic growth. This paper presents a comprehensive examination of the impact of renewable technologies on energy security and economic development. It introduces various technologies and analyzes the challenges and opportunities along the way. The findings suggest that strategic support for these technologies can lead to a fundamental transformation in the energy system and promote economic growth at both national and global levels.
